The REACT-911 Portal - Each of the individual six screen frames can be maximized and drilled down to provide more detailed information and enhanced capability. Incident/Event types determine individual window characteristics "on the fly"...

1. The “Total Incidents by Type” at the upper left (Window 1) tracks the number of “incidents” by type, and provides a complete historical audit which can be reviewed or compared at any time.

2. The upper middle "Incidents" screen (Window 2) initiates and lists the incidents. The highlighted incident determines the information provided on the related five screens. An unlimited number of incidents can be tracked simultaneously.

3. The upper right "Affected Area" screen (Window 3) is the mapping element indicating the location of the incident “scene” or event, and is capable of tracking responders via GPS. Upon user request, Police, fire, Ambulance, and hospital locations are highlighted with telephone and address, which when “clicked” automatically dials that number.

4. The lower left “Contacts” screen (Window 4) lists client groups/contacts/devices and when maximized can input new contacts and devices for alert dissemination and possible two-way communication. (Text to speech, RF Radio, Instant Message, Video/Audio, SMS, etc.)

5. The lower middle “Communications” screen (Window 5) provides user with customized message administration either preloaded or generated on the fly. This facility also controls all multi-media communication options.

6. The lower right “Current Activity” screen is the “whiteboard” facility that records, dates and time-stamps every activity or communication generated by REACT as well as input from all authorized authorities involved in the current incident throughout the incident life cycle.
